Thank you for choosing TCC Sports. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed the same day or the next business day after purchase. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods processing may take slightly longer — if there is a significant delay we will contact you by email.

Shipment Method We ship all orders via An Post standard delivery. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:

• Ireland: 2–5 business days
• Northern Ireland: 3–7 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of receiving it and include photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you. For lost parcels, please also get in touch and we will investigate with An Post on your behalf.
